ERRANCE stores account details, listening events, saved tracks, artist submissions and rights evidence to operate discovery and protect rightsholders.

Listening and discovery

Your starting genres and listening feedback shape your individual Rotations. Artist analytics use aggregated listening evidence. External service links open only when you choose them.

Rights and retention

Withdrawing a track stops new playback immediately. Audio backups are retained for at most 30 days unless an active dispute, security investigation or legal obligation requires longer retention. Necessary rights evidence and audit history are retained.
